Mint and Chocolate ice cream Parfait!

Parfait is back. Only this time, it is made out of
our old time favorite mint chocolate chip rice ice cream!!
Generous portions of mint chocolate chip and dark chocolate
ice cream and chocolate covered granola...and chocolate tofu cream...
Can it be more chocolate-y?
Topped with crunchy almond tuille! YUM YUM:D

I think I forgot to update my new favorite dessert
Orange cheese tart!
Crust is very subtle, yet I put a secret spice that goes very well
with Orange!
For the first batch of the marmalade, I picked organic oranges from
my house's bakyard! It is sooo juicy and strong!

It is on our menu right now! hope everybody can enjoy it:D
