Hiyashi chuka~! yey!!
Hiyashi chuka is a very very popular summer noodle dish in Japan.
Its coldness and tanginess made us soooo happy.
the regular one only comes with cucumber and tomato...etc
but since we are the vegetable people, we made tons of yummy topping to
go with it.
