This tiramisu is amazingly made with Tofu. Pastry Chef Chie uses regular tofu and home-made tofu (She call "home-made whipped cream") to get the depth of flavor. This "home-made tofu" flavored with almonds, bittern and yam, then flavoring with strong organic coffee and traditional Marsala wine.
